Parts Factory was established in 1994 and have been developing
and manufacturing the steering shaft bearing for motorcycle
front fork since then. Till now, the factory owns the
throughput for about 2000000sets of steer shaft bearing
for pedal, ride-on cycle and so on.(From January to september
2000, we produced and saled 120000 sets of steer shaft
bearing.) Our factory owns the advanced steering production
and testing equipment and full sets of equipment of protective
ambi-bearing quencher stove, lathe, grinding machine,
punch are all of the excellent quality.
These leading bearing accessories for motorcycles are
with the technique parameter which of the quality better
than or equals to the imported products. It has passed
the anthentication of IS9002 quality control system and
it produces the perfect accessories for different motorcycle
manfacturer of the domestic market.
We have established long business relationship with
more than 10 factories of motorcycle, such as QianJiang
Group, Qingqi Group,New Century of JiangSu, GuangYang
of ChangZhou , MaiKete of HuiZhou, North of LuoYang----LuoJia,
Jili of Zhejiang, Haoqing, HongXin of Xinhui, Guochi
of Zhongshan and Fushida Group of Tianjin.The quality
and the throughput of the bearing of our factory are
with great achievement.By 1999, we established Yuhuan
ZhongJia Machanicle Co., Ltd., mainly producing accessories
for engine and front fork series for motorcycle. It
